Moon Lee, Founder and Managing Partner
In the midst of his consulting work, Moon has served as Chief Software Architect of TrackVia, Inc., where he was responsible for software and system architecture for a rapidly growing software service site. During his service, he implemented dozens of new features, refactored and improved the code, designed the server farm and deployment process, and improved application performance by over 1000%.
Moon also served as Director of Software Development for Absolute Performance, Inc., an IT services company supplying infrastructure monitoring and system performance analysis to medium to large companies. As Director of Software Development, Moon was primarily responsible for new research and development, driving key innovation and improvement of a sophisticated software product framework used to capture and analyze performance data for applications, services and operating systems.
Prior to joining Absolute Performance, Moon served as VP of Technology for Active.com. At Active.com, Moon brought an in depth background leading multiple web development and design teams, driving web architectural design and application strategies for a range of Internet solutions companies. He managed Active.com’s engineering, technical planning, software architecture and implementation, in addition to IT operations.
Active.com acquired LeagueLink, Inc., a company that Moon helped create and subsequently develop as the Vice President of Technology. He led the design and implementation of the web strategies for the company’s services, which consisted of web-based administrative management tool for sports teams and leagues. After composing a top-tier web development team, he went on to successfully lead the company through alpha and beta development cycles, concluding with a successful launch.
With a bachelor of arts degree from Dartmouth College – graduating summa cum laude with high honors – Moon also attended Harvard Law School. A passionate martial artist, he recently spent a year studying traditional Chinese martial arts under the tutelage of Yiquan master Yao Chengguang in Beijing, China.

Brian Stevens, Systems and Network Specialist
Brian has been working “behind the scenes” as a systems administrator for 15 years. For the last 8 years, has has been providing services to various clients as a consultant. His expertise includes Solaris and Linux systems, IP networks, NetApp and Sun storage systems, Oracle databases, and a wide variety of open source software.
Previous to his consulting work, he worked with LeagueLink and Active.com (now The Active Network, which acquired LeagueLink). As Lead Systems Engineer, he was able to greatly expand his breadth of knowledge from general systems administration to networks, databases, development languages, and web applications. He was instrumental in helping grow LeagueLink’s systems from a single development server to a multi-tiered web application with load balanced web servers driven by a SAN backed Oracle database, while constantly maintaining both the live colocation facility and the office development and testing environments.
Brian spent several years in Sun Microsystems’ Professional Services and Enterprise Network Services groups performing on-site configurations of Sun’s Enterprise 10000 server and also managing Sun’s worldwide web proxy server infrastructure.
Brian’s system administration skills were created and honed starting with a college internship at Amoco Production Company working with the unix support team, and followed by a systems administration position at Hughes Information Technology Company.
Brian graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1996 with a B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Electrical specialty, where he was educated in all facets of engineering, including a field session covering surveying (civil engineering), machine shop operations (mechanical engineering), and electronics assembly and programming (electrical engineering).
Lisa Peterson, Web Specialist
Lisa has 10 years of experience in Internet strategy including creating site structure, designing and coding the CSS for web sites, writing and editing content and managing projects. She has varied experience due to the fact that she began her career at Vortus, a start up Internet company. They offered her the opportunity to learn and work at each step in the process of creating web sites. Her most recent position was as the Design Studio Manager for Shared Marketing Services where she worked with corporate clients and account executives in creating print and web marketing for local advertising.
Lisa graduated with a B.S. in Business Economics from South Dakota Sate University. As an avid traveler, she discovers that with each new place, she realizes how much more there is to learn the world. She loves photography and writing fiction.
